Access our easy-to-use payment options
It's easy to make a Florida Credit Union loan payment. You can pay digitally using an FCU account or an account from another financial institution. You can also pay by calling our virtual assistant, Flora®, or set up automatic payments. We also offer traditional methods of payment so you can choose the method that works best for you.
Pay any loan type with your preferred option below:
Pay from Your FCU Account
Pay directly from your FCU account by making a transfer within FCU Anywhere online and mobile banking. Login to FCU Anywhere, then select Transfer & Pay>Transfers. Send loan payments from any of your FCU checking or savings accounts.
Pay from Another Financial Institution
Use FCU’s Online Loan Pay portal to pay with a debit card* or external bank account.

• Select Transfer & Pay>Pay Loan from Another Institution - Select the Make a Payment button below.
• First-time users, Enroll Now or Make a Guest Payment using your member number to authenticate
• Existing users, Login
Set Up Automatic ACH Debit
If you want to make payments with funds from another financial institution, we can setup an automatic ACH to pull the funds to make your payments. Just provide your routing and account number from the other bank. Contact us or visit a branch to get started!
Additional Ways to Pay
- Add FCU as a payee through Bill Pay at another financial institution – By providing your electronic payment account number you can add FCU as a payee. To find this number in FCU Anywhere, select your loan account and then choose Account Details.
- Mail payments using the following address – Florida Credit Union - Attention: Payment Processing - P.O. Box 5549, Gainesville, FL 32627. Please note: payments received by mail are subject to delivery time.
- Visit a branch – Find a location near you.
