Take a month off from your loan payment!

Life happens, and if you could use some financial grace, Florida Credit Union can help with Skip a Payment¹. Learn more below.

Does my Loan Qualify for a Payment Skip¹?

To skip your loan payment, your account must be in good standing and have no charged off accounts. Your loan must be current, open for more than 90 days and have three months of payment history. Eligible consumer loans include:

  • Vehicle loans
  • RV and Boat loans
  • Personal loans
  • Personal Line of Credit with $2,000 or more loan balances

You may be approved for up to two skips per rolling 12-month period; however, you may not skip two consecutive months.

How does Skip a Payment Work?

  • You may skip up to two payments on eligible loans within a 12-month period
  • $50 fee for each skipped payment
  • Three payments must have been made to the loan
  • Normal interest charges will continue to accrue, and the skipped payment will be added to the end of your loan term

How to Apply:

To submit your request, please call Florida Credit Union at 800-284-1144 or visit your local FCU branch.
