This loan takes the best of our products, home equity loan and home equity line of credit, and puts them into one. The first one or two years of the loan is the draw period. During the draw period, you can advance money as you need it up to the approved loan amount. After the draw period, the borrower has five to seven years to pay the remaining balance at a fixed rate and term.
