Accessing Mobile Banking is as easy as opening the browser on your internet-enabled mobile device and navigating to www.flcu.org/mobile/. Once the page loads, you can log into the mobile website by entering your Online Banking username and password. You can also utilize FCU's Mobile App by downloading it through the Apple Store or Google Play Store. If you do not have an Apple or Android device, visit your device’s application store to locate FCU’s Mobile App.

With Florida Credit Union's mobile app, you can do almost anything you can do at an FCU branch.

We're Upgrading Our Mobile App.

Florida Credit Union is upgrading our Mobile App effective August 14, 2018. FCU is dedicated to supporting members with the most up—to—date and efficient technology, and this will allow us to better serve you now and in the future.

Why is FCU upgrading the Mobile App?

We are excited to announce this upgrade because it will allow us to have updated features such as Card Controls, a service that allows you to enable and disable your FCU credit cards from the app. Also, this new app will have a new, modern look and will better serve you with enhanced capabilities, faster transactions, and superior security features.

When will the upgrade take place?

The new app will be available beginning Tuesday, August 14th. Our offices and call center will be open at this time should you have any issues.

What do I need to do?

All members will be required to download the new FCU Mobile App in order to continue usage on Tuesday, August 14th.

What operating system do I need to upgrade?

FCU’s new app will operate with the same operating system criteria that the current app requires, Android 5.0+ with AST, iOS 6.0+ with AST.

Will the system upgrade affect how I log in?

No. Continue to use your current user ID and password to log into FCU’s Mobile App. Nothing else will change beyond the look and features of the app.

What is Mobile Banking?

Mobile banking allows FCU members to view their free checking accounts, savings accounts, and other Florida Credit Union bank accounts on their smartphones, tablets, or other mobile devices.

How much does mobile banking cost?

FCU’s Mobile Banking is a free service for all Florida Credit Union members. However, be sure to check the details of your mobile device's service plan for potential fees and charges before using Florida Credit Union's mobile banking app.

What versions of mobile banking does FCU offer?

FCU currently offers two formats of Mobile Banking – a website-based form optimized for viewing on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, and the downloadable Florida Credit Union mobile banking app.

What devices are supported for FCU’s Mobile Banking?

Any web-enabled phone, tablet, or mobile device can access the mobile website with no installation or setup. The downloadable application is available for Apple's iOS, Android, Windows, Blackberry and several other mobile device operating systems. Be sure to check your device’s App Store to find the right application for your system.

Is FCU’s Mobile Banking secure?

Ensuring your privacy and security of your account and personal information is a top priority. Mobile Banking communicates with FCU’s server using the Online Financial Exchange protocol. This is the same system used by Intuit’s Quicken and Microsoft Money. FCU’s Mobile Banking uses a multi-factor authentication to help prevent against unauthorized account access and all communication is heavily encrypted. I think I got locked out of Mobile Banking. What do I do?

If your account has been locked due to incorrect login information, please contact your local branch or call toll-free 1-800-284-1144.

If your questions are account or transaction related, please contact your local branch. You may also email us at askFCU@flcu.org, , or send a secure message via the Mobile App. Please remember that account numbers should not be included in email correspondence. Florida Credit Union is unable to provide support for the installation of your computer’s hardware or software, nor is the credit union liable for any technical support it does provide.
