Viewing Your FCU Mortgage Online

Florida Credit Union is upgrading our Online Banking system to make accessing your mortgage information easier. Starting Thursday, January 25, 2018, you'll only be required to sign in once before accessing your mortgage account, instead of logging in twice as you have done in the past. To resolve any concerns you may have, please see the below list of Frequently Asked Questions. For any other questions, please reach out to a Member Service Specialist by contacting your local branch.

How do I view details about my mortgage, view payment history and make payments from another financial institution?
To access mortgage information, click the mortgage account number link (begins with M) in the Loans section of the Accounts Summary page.  
Is this a new service?
The ability to view the details of your mortgage, loan payment history and electronically make payments from other financial institutions in not new to Florida Credit Union.  Prior to now, you would have been directed to create a separate login to view your mortgage through Online Banking.
After clicking the link, a separate window opens and I do not have to reenter my user login and  password like before.  Should I be concerned?
No, you no longer need a separate user ID and password to view your mortgage online.
Upon logging in, I was asked to agree to 'Terms in Conditions.'  Is this normal?
Yes.  Even if you have viewed your mortgage information through Online Banking before, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the site.
Is accessing my mortgage account online still as secure as it was previously? 
Yes. Florida Credit Union strives to provide the most secure and up-to-date technological options for our members. This process is just as secure as the previous two-sign-on procedure, but saves our members time and effort. 
I have more than one mortgage on my account summary.  Can I see the information for both?
Yes.  If you click on either mortgage, you will be directed to the information regarding the first mortgage listed on your Accounts Summary page.  To view information regarding the other mortgage, click Change Loan.
Does this Include my home equity loan?
Viewing information for your home equity through Online Banking has not changed.  This feature is regarding mortgages where the account number listed in Online Banking begins with M (ex. MXXXX56).  
Can I view my mortgage information, payment history and make payments to my mortgage through Florida Credit Union’s Mobile Application?
Not at this time.  To view your mortgage information, you must be logged into Online Banking.  To log into Online Banking via your mobile device, you must select to view the credit union’s full website.

Online Mortgage Account Troubleshooting 

After I clicked on the link, my browser opened another window that said “Your login has been locked due to 3 consecutive unsuccessful attempts.”  What should I do?
Please contact Member Services at 800-284-1144 for assistance.
After I clicked on the link, my browser opened another window that said “There is an error with accessing your mortgage information.”  What should I do?
