Info 24 is Florida Credit Union's self-guided voice-response telephone system. By knowing your account number and personal identification number (PIN), you can transfer funds, balance your check book, make cash advances on your line of credit, verify cleared checks, determine dividends and interest earned, etc. All of this at the touch of a button!

Info 24 will let you

  • Make balance inquiries on an account.
  • Verify ATM deposits and withdrawals.
  • Transfer money between accounts.
  • Find out if checks cleared.
  • Obtain loan information.
  • Make loan payments.
  • Get information for your taxes.
  • Just use these automated services and take charge of your time!

If you have questions, please call us from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. Just call your local office number and press "3" for assistance.

Some tips on using Info 24

You can still enter your information by using your phone’s keypad, or say Operator during normal business hours and you’ll be connected to the FCU Call Center.
