Laude Arnaldi- Senior Lender/ VP Commercial Lending
Laude Arnaldi brings over 16 years of banking/finance experience including branch management and commercial lending to Florida Credit Union.
Mr. Arnaldi holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He and his wife, Marianne, have two boys, Sean and Alex. They are members of The Rock of Gainesville Continuing education programs include Florida RMA School of Commercial Lending, FBA Introduction to Construction Lending, Omega- Commercial Lending Basics and Relationship Management.
Mr. Arnaldi is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Gainesville Class 34, a member of the Gainesville Quarterback Club, and a Rotarian. He is very involved in the community currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Builders Association of North Central Florida. |

Darleen Morgan- AVP/ Business Relationship Manager
Darleen comes to Florida Credit Union with more than 27 years of banking experience in the Gainesville community, including both commercial and personal banking services.
Ms. Morgan has dedicated herself to building long term relationships, providing superior service, sound financial advice and growing partnerships with local business. She also, has a strong commitment to the community and has been involved in many organizations through the years. She is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Gainesville Class of 32, and has worked with the Boys and Girls Club of Alachua County, Tyler’s Hope, the American Heart Association and the March of Dimes.
She is a graduate of Florida RMA School of Commercial Lending, as well as holding various investment licenses. Darleen has two sons, Wesley and Bradley. |
